If a product has a manufacturing defect:

✔ the delivery cost will be fully compensated

✅ The shade didn’t match

Choosing a shade online can be tricky — we get it ?
✔ we are happy to exchange the product
✔ provided that the factory packaging is intact and the product has not been used

✅ Damage during delivery

If the product was damaged during shipping:
✔ we will replace the item or refund your payment
